The conference benefits from the proximity between ICBAS and the Super Bock Arena Conference Center.

The rooms at ICBAS are well equipped for the meeting sessions. Auditoriums and a series of small rooms, all close to each other, will be used for the parallel sessions. A computer and standard A/V equipment are available in each of these rooms and in the auditoriums also microphones.
Auditoriums are acessible from both the ground and first floors.

The small rooms are all located at the ground floor.

The auditorium of the Super Bock Conference Center has the capacity and the best conditions to host the plenary session.
